The real story of Chief Engineer (Part IX)

These are two pages from the file prepared for my complaint regarding non-existent post of Chief Engineer.

The Administration has accepted that there is no post of Chief Engineer in PWD but the Administration is down marking each noting to the Chief Engineer.

Objection on the proposed merger of UT of Daman & Diu with UT of Dadra & Nagar, Haveli

It is sad to note that such an important matter like a merger of two UTs is made in secrecy and we came to know of such a move from one newspaper published from Gujarat instead of our local politicians or political parties, even they were not taken into confidence.

There are many newspapers published from both UTs but none of them have come out with this news. 3-4 days after publication on news in Gujarati daily, local newspapers started coming out with some unclear news and finally they also came out with definite news.

This whole episode is seen with doubts in both UTs. All reasons given in the newspapers are inconsequential and are not seem to be motives behind this proposal.

I have objected to this proposed merger on behalf of all citizens of Daman & Diu before the Hon’ble President of India, the Hon'ble Prime Minister, the Hon'ble Minister of Home Affairs since our political representatives and parties are in coma, they have lost senses.

Real story of Chief Engineer, PWD (Part VIII)

In these noting sheets, it can be seen that they have accepted that “there is no post of Chief Engineer in the Public Works Department, UT of Daman & Diu

That though there is no Order to delegate power as head of the office, he was accepted by everyone as THE CHIEF ENGINEER, PWD as can be verified with all photos in previous blogs. In every correspondence is addressed to the Chief Engineer, PWD or file is marked with CE (Civil).

What more proof administration want, other than their government's own documents?

Real story of Chief Engineer, PWD (Part VII)

The Hon’ble Administrator clearly directs to make proposal for creation of post of the Chief Engineer (PWD).

On the same page this file is marked to the Chief Engineer (Civil). On one hand they say that there is no post of Chief Engineer in PWD and direction is given to prepare proposal for creation of post of Chief Engineer (PWD) and on the other hand they have audacity to mark the same file to Chief Engineer (Civil). How it is possible?

Real story of Chief Engineer, PWD (Part VI)

They have accepted that there is no post of Chief Engineer in the Public Works Department in Administration of Daman & Diu.

When there is no post of Chief Engineer then why this file is marked to CE (Civil)?

Real story of Chief Engineer, PWD (Part V)

This noting is produced from the file prepared for a reply to my complaint.

It is clearly accepted by the Administration that there is no post of Chief Engineer in PWD of Daman & Diu.

Further, they have also advised Sh. R. N. Singh to use designation of Chief Engineer, OIDC Ltd.

After all this, they have the audacity to say that I have not submitted any evidence of misuse of power. If I am to submit all pieces of evidence, they will sit and take a decision on my evidences. They will not act and the same thing will not be informed to me.

Ignorance of politicians on the issue of merger of UTs

This news article was published in “Sandesh” on 09/07/2019.

All politicians to whom I have talked about this merger as published in this article, they claimed ignorance about any such movement.

It is shocking that the matter of merger affecting each and every person of both territories, nothing is known in public.

The secrecy to the whole movement of the file is creating doubts in the mind of everybody. What is the reason for keeping secrecy? Who will benefit from this merger? What is the intention behind this proposed merger?

Do politicians are truly ignorant of this proposed merger or avoiding their responsibilities under the garb of ignorance?

From last 10 years all institutions are controlled by BJP in both UTs, if office bearers of BJP and elected members of institutions do not know about this proposed merger as claimed by them, can anyone believe this?

Will the administration come clean on this matter and build public opinion on merger?
