2)Give a certified copy of documents that give permission to Public Works Department, Administration of Daman & Diu to make payment for Establishment Charges on the bill amount

3) In the last 5 years;
     a) Name of work handed over
     b) Details of payment released, work wise
     c)  Details of bills submitted to the PWD, work wise
