The Administration
of Daman & Diu is in habit of making mistakes like constructing seafront
road to Devka, constructing road from the lighthouse to Jampore, construction
of Circuit house, etc. without proper approval.
The administration was
trying to run boat for tourism purpose in Daman without proper approval from
the Coast Guard and after the arrival of boat in Daman, it had to be transferred
to Diu.
The point to ponder here
is that all these mistakes are done with the money of the public exchequer; no
liability, no responsibility and no answerability and crores of rupees in
drain.
Just like “No one
killed Jessica”.
